Join Asim for a functional workout and strength building for a variety of dance styles! Build flexibility, mobility, and strength and condition your body for West Coast Swing and other dance styles! You will work on resistance training and functional movement followed by breathwork to finish off your day.
Functional fitness is a great way to improve your dancing – no experience required! Indoor shoes or sock/bare feet only. Bring your own yoga mat or use one from Remix Swing (first come first served, limited quantities available).
Costs:
- 50 minute class – $25+HST
- 90 minute class – $30+HST
- 5 class pass – $95+HST
- 10 class pass – $180+HST

Clay will be fired in a kiln after the workshop. You will receive an email when they are ready to be pick up, approximately 4-5 weeks after the workshop date.
Please carve your name on the back of your artwork and take a photo of it so you can identify your piece when picking it up at the gallery.

Through gentle prompts and guided exploration, we will experiment with painting different emotions, building layers of meaning, and allowing shapes, atmosphere, and feeling to emerge on the canvas.
