A quintet of friends will be hosting a fundraiser concert for our beloved Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber Music Society. The concert will feature two major string quintets: Mozart Quintet no. 4 in g minor and Brahms String Quintet No.2, Op.111. The musicians in this quintet have all played for the KWCMS series many times, and believe it to be something special. Chamber music is such an important piece of the arts scene in any city, and the KWCMS has created such a vibrant series in Kitchener-Waterloo, bringing in artists from all around the world of exceptional calibre, while also supporting amazing local artists. We value all the hard work that has gone into keeping this series afloat, especially under such difficult circumstances in recent years, and wanted to do something to show our support while doing something we love.
