February can be full of winter blues – so come dance them away with us!

This year, we’re hosting a blues workshop in addition to Hepcats crowd favourite Chocolate Blues, our annual live music blues dance and house event. For this weekend (Feb 21-22) we’re bringing the amazing Matt Long back to town and featuring local blues teaching talent Connie Walz, Julie-Anne Desrochers, and Nicole Hayes.

For the dance – you asked for him, we’re bringing him back! We’ll be dancing to the music of Alfie Smith and his trio!

FRIDAY NIGHT:
– 7pm doors open/registration
– 7:30-8:15pm intermediate lesson
– 8:15-9pm beginner lesson
– 9-11pm dance with ALFIE SMITH

SATURDAY:
– 10:30 doors open/registration
– 11-12:30 class 1
– 12:30-2 lunch break
– 2-3:30 class 2
– 3:45-5:15 class 3
– 5:30-whenever dinner break
– ca. 7ish board games, chocolate fountain, etc. at Kevin’s
– 9pm DJ’d music Chocolate Blues at Kevin’s

PRICING:
– all the slashes below mean “regular/member/student/student member”
– $70/60/65/55 gets you into everything (Friday dance workshop)
– dance-only for Friday is $15/13/13/11 (pay at the door)
