MAST is a celebration of art and culture in Kitchener Waterloo. Located throughout the Midtown, Mary Allen neighborhood and surrounding areas of Uptown Waterloo and Belmont Village, local artists open their doors and invite you in to see their works, discuss their processes, and purchase beautiful handmade works of art. Improviser, director, and UWaterloo instructor Ben Gorodetsky is offering a 2 hour improv workshop & jam.
Improv builds confidence, teaches storytelling, improves listening and collaboration, and allows you to be present in the moment. Taking an improv class is like supercharging your creative brain!
The 90 minute workshop portion will be followed by a 30 minute improv jam facilitated by Ben, exploring short form and long form improv games for a fun and immersive approach to collaborative comedy.
All skill levels welcome!
