Join Eastbridge in-person for a free mathematical lecture series. This second and final lecture will take place on Sunday April 5, 2-4PM.
Lecture #1 (past event)
Sun Mar 22, 2-4PM / The Art of Proof
Starting from the Peano axioms, we’ll use Lean to explore what it means to prove something from first principles and to build mathematics step by step with complete precision.

Lecture #2
Sun Apr 5, 2-4PM / Infinity & Self-Reference
Continuing in Lean, we’ll push from arithmetic toward larger ideas about infinity, including Cantor’s diagonal argument and the first hints of self-reference in proof theory.
