Age of Majority Singers Presents: A Free Community Sing-along

There’s always a new business opening up in Uptown Waterloo but how do you find out what’s interesting and hot?

Join this walking tour, of course!! We’ll explore fresh discoveries, the latest new business openings, community initiatives, special events and everything that’s new & notable in Uptown Waterloo.

You’ll really feel like an Uptown insider once you know about the latest gems, right in your own back yard. And then you can invite all your friends to show them how ‘in-the-know’ you are about all things Uptown Waterloo! 

**Please note: These walking tours are geared for adults. This walking tour doesn’t include food or drink sampling but you will get to meet the business owners and visit each location so you can return later! 

Accessibility: Route follows paved surfaces on city sidewalks and alleys. Route is adapted around construction. **Several businesses have stairs into their front entrance and may not be accessible by scooter or wheelchair. ** To learn more, click here.

Come learn to make music with the Age of Majority Singers! Join us for an evening of learning to sing “Lead with Love” by Melanie DeMore. Led by Mary-Catherine Pazzano, singers will start with a warm-up and work on learning the song alongside AOMS members. Music will be provided and everyone is welcome, no musical experience necessary.

Doors open at 7:00pm. Warm-up starts promptly at 7:30pm and will wrap up by 8:30pm. You’re welcome to stay until 9pm to socialize with the other singers! To learn more, click here.

Our instructor will give a brief lesson on fused glass, and the rest of the time is yours to create a one-of-a-kind artwork! Get creative with colour and texture to create a unique, functional piece of art.
