Gather at the Gallery: Talk & Workshop with Joe Speck (55+)

Glass artist Joe Speck is in The Canadian Clay & Glass Gallery! He will give an artist talk about his career and practice. Following the presentation, you will be introduced to techniques and special materials for fused glass. You will have choice of colourful pre-cut bird shapes, and a wide-ranging selection of colourful fusible components to create your unique piece.

During the workshop, please photograph your artwork so you can identify it when it comes out of the kiln. Thank you!

Gather at the Gallery is a weekly event presented specifically for the 55+ community. Each week there will be opportunities to express your own creativity through a variety of hands on workshops, meet artists and hear their stories, or preview new exhibitions. Gather at the Gallery is generously sponsored by the Ministry of Seniors and Accessibility of the Government of Ontario.
