The main objective of the Dying to Know project is to provide seniors with the knowledge, language, tools, and resources that can build understanding and confidence to navigate and engage with the health care and community support systems. This event is for members of the rainbow community, their allies, and professionals who would like to learn how to better support 2SLGBTQIA+ older adults.
